A Magical Beginning

So here is the beginning of the blog. Anyone else as excited as I am? I hope not because I'm more concerned about the paper that I should be writing. Writing a 2 page paper on a variation of the card game war does not exactly scream "AWESOME! But getting back on track...yeah. Blogging. It was one of those internet fads back before Facebook and Twitter took Myspace and crushed it into the digital cement while YouTube looked on and laughed. So I'm starting late. No shame. So I am starting this blog to basically document my thoughts in regards to magic. Magic is a deceptive art in which a performer basically has to lie to his or her audience while the audience is fully aware that they are being lied to and still deceive them. Basically, I would not recommend betting against a magician, especially when it's obvious that you'll win. Unless you like supporting poor college magicians. In that case, poker anyone? But no, scamming people is not nice even if it is fun. But I perform for the reaction that people give me. I've had a couple of F-bomb reactions, throwing cards on the ground, but no "DEMON!" reaction yet. That may be a good thing. As this year progresses, I will be learning new magic, getting better, posting videos (Hopefully. If anyone films and has a camera, I will appreciate it greatly), and just having fun. Until then,
